These placeholder Terms govern your use of eFitware during this prototype. They describe what you can expect from us and what we ask of you in return.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since eFitware signs you in with a one-time link rather than a password. You must provide accurate information and you may not share your account or use it on behalf of anyone else without permission.
3. Acceptable use
Use eFitware only for lawful, personal training purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other people at risk.
4. Training guidance disclaimer
eFitware and its AI coach provide general fitness information, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop any activity that causes pain or distress. You train at your own risk.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices and features shown in this prototype are illustrative only.
6. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. You may stop using eFitware and delete your account whenever you like. Some provisions, such as those covering liability, survive termination.
