Privacy Policy

This placeholder Privacy Policy explains what eFitware collects during this prototype, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
We collect the email address you use to sign in and the training data you choose to record — workouts, exercises, schedules, and the notes you add. If you turn the AI coach on, we also process the preferences you share so it can personalise its guidance.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to provide the service: to sign you in, to show your training history, and to power features you opt into. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. The AI coach
When the coach is enabled, relevant parts of your profile and training may be sent to a model provider to generate suggestions. You can disable the coach at any time, and the app remains fully usable without it.
4. Storage and security
We store your data with reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account protected, since that is how you sign in.
5. Your choices
You can view and edit your profile, export your training data, and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems, subject to limited legal retention.
6. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
